Vikeen's mobile application allows us to analyse your trends and fitness data, and help you get the most out of your online coaching experience. We can see what is working for you, and so can you. We can also see what may not be beneficial, so give you the support you need to get on track, or design a program for your goals - to achieve your personal best.
You don't need weights to regain fitness, but resistance training will more quickly build up your ordinary strength following a period of inactivity. Terry will help you with light exercises and gradually work up to using weights if that is what you'd like. Another way of getting fitted is with a planned diet and supplements, to speed your progress. Terry is a model for the John Storm series of ocean adventures.
When we turn 30, we start to lose muscle mass – as much as 3 to 5 per cent per decade – while our metabolism simultaneously begins slowing down. Regular exercise or strength training can work to counteract this and help to keep age-related weight gain at bay. Turning back the clock. Why not join our online service, to get you started.
